Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how we work on website, web application, and mobile application projects. For any client engagement, a written scope and timeline will take priority over generic statements.

1. Advance payment policy

An advance payment of 30% to 50% of the total project cost is required before we start work on any website, web application, or mobile application. Remaining payments are typically linked to milestones (for example: design approval, development phase, final delivery) unless a different schedule is agreed in writing.

2. Free support & bug fixing period

After project delivery, we provide a free support and bug-fixing period of 45 to 60 days. During this period, we will fix defects that are directly related to the delivered scope and caused by our implementation.

This does not include new feature requests, changes in requirements, third-party issues (hosting provider, payment gateway outages), or changes required due to new platform policies.

3. Charges for new features

Any new feature or change requested after project completion will be charged separately. The cost will be estimated based on complexity, development time, testing time, and impact on the existing system.

4. Charges for new modules

New modules or major enhancements are not included in the original project cost unless explicitly listed in the scope document. New modules will be estimated and billed separately based on requirements.

5. Server & hosting charges

Server and hosting charges are not included in the project cost unless clearly mentioned in your proposal. Hosting can be billed monthly or yearly depending on usage, storage, bandwidth, and server needs.

If you manage hosting directly, you are responsible for paying providers on time and maintaining access. Delays or downtime caused by hosting/provider issues may impact delivery timelines.

6. Project security, maintenance & payment integrity

We offer optional maintenance services that may include daily server checks, data integrity monitoring, security updates, and payment integrity checks (where applicable) to help ensure secure transaction handling.

Maintenance charges: ₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month depending on project size and required coverage.
